Returns are easy once you've read the policy below. We will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding closeouts and special orders) returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not ship return items in manufacturer’s packaging, as they will not be accepted.
All items returned to RideGear must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain a RA number, please fill out the RA request form. Have your order number and the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without an RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items returned for credit. Special orders, including year, make, and model specific items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a return has been received you will be notified by e-mail.

There is no extra fee for exchanges. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by RideGear. In this case, RideGear will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges.
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all processed orders upon cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled through e-mail. Please call (800) 515-1380 if you wish to cancel an order.
- Store Credit and Gift Certificates:
In order to better serve our friends and customers RideGear will honor all store credits and RideGear gift certificates for a period of up to one year from the original date of issue. Please contact a RideGear Customer Solutions representative prior to your expiration date if you need to make other arrangements.
- Closeouts and Outlet Items:
No refunds will be given on closeout or Outlet items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a RideGear Customer Solutions Representative.
- Warranty Exchanges:
No need to try and contact the manufacturer. RideGear will handle all warranty issues for you. Please contact our Customer Solutions Department.
- Return Shipping Instructions:
When sending items back to RideGear please obtain a tracking number from your shipper (FedEx and UPS will give you one automatically, USPS requires Delivery ConfiRAtion). Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not return items in manufacturer’s packaging, as they will not be accepted. Please clearly write the RA number on the shipping box.
